Crapped out after 5 months

So after using it for 5 months, it decided to stop working. I used it for my wireless headset's usb drive, my tv tuner, and two usb chargers for my controller and headset. While it worked, it worked fine, but it really should've lasted longer.. Will update if it works with another USB 3..0 cord but I doubt it will
